Hello all, I was trying to help a friend installed jaws on his desktop computer. First, when we tried to run the setup file, we did hear the introduction and the clicking sound like we supposed to. All the sudden we got the error message saying something like "Cannot install the require packet eloquence, the program is now going to close". What does this error mean, and how can I resolve the problem? Thanks guys!
