Thanks for the information. I have another question. I was looking at the ipod touch and it has a lot of features I probably couldn't use but I'm not sure. I read where it has the voice commands for speaking play, pause and other such commands and speaking the artist's name as well. Is there anything else accessible on it. You can use email and GPS and so many more things.

Thank you,
Mel

Yes, iTunes is pretty usable with windows.
As far as holding your books, this depends on the type and size of the iPod.
The accessible iPods are the shuffle, nano, and touch.

You can have a range of 4GB which prob wouldn't hold all those books
at once, all the way to 64GB iPod touch which would hold the books,
plus much much more. lol

I wanted to know if I bought an ipod if it will work well with windows. I am
using windows xp pro and I'm using jaws 10.

Also, I'd be mostly using the ipod to listen to books. I have a kindle and I only have audio books on it from audible.com. I have about 4 to 5 books on it but the books come in sections so there is about 3 or 4 sections of each
book and they run from 6 to 7 hours each section. Will an ipod hold this
many books or more or less?

Thank you,
Mel
