As long as you get the newest 32GB, or 64GB iPod touch, every thing is accessible. You can use its Email, type, use WiFi to brows the net, ETC. You can even download and use applications on it.
Only the 32GB and 64GB versions are accessible though. It has the same screenreader that is in the iPhone, VoiceOver.
