Hi, Ginger,
I notice in outlook themessages still don't read out automatically even if
it's set to HTML format. Would you have to tab to the message to read it?
That's the one thing good about outlook express. You can hit enter on a
message and if it's set to HTML format, the messages read out automatically.

Hi,
Open the tools menu,
Press O for options
Press ctrl + tab and locate Mail Format
Now you'll be on the Message format option
Choose a format for outgoing mail and change advanced settings.
Choose this one: Compose in this message format: HTML
Shift tab to the OK button and your done.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] getting outlook to read in HTML format
Hi, everyone,
I want to make the messages in outlook read in HTML format rather than
plain
text. How do I do that in outlook?
Many thanks in advance.
Rosemarie
