Hi, Ginger,

I think I'm in the beginner verbosity mode. When I tab to the message, I still have to use say all in Jaws. I think I'll try unloading and reloading Jaws and see what happens.

Thanks very much for the suggestion.

Rosemarie

Hi, what verbosity mode are you using? I suggest using intermediate level
when using Outlook.
What happens when you tab to the body of the message? Does it
read that audomatically? You may need to unload JAWS and reload JAWS.

Hi, that is a JAWS option to have the message automatically read to you.
Press insert V its in the reading options and change it to automatically
read.

Hi, everyone,

I want to make the messages in outlook read in HTML format rather than
plain
text. How do I do that in outlook?

Many thanks in advance.

Rosemarie
