Go to the properties section on what ever drive you want and navigate to the sharing tab. There you can share the entire drive or only a portion of it. It's really pretty easy I mean I got it to work. I need to update the security on it tomorrow, and I'm looking for an alternative to taking the drive out from the laptop and putting it in the desktop. The drive is USB only. Thank you very much.
