That's what I'm trying to figure out. How would I get NVDA to start up
automatically after plugging in the flashdrive.

It can be set to run off of the flash drive as a form of autorun, but this 
will only work with certain flash drives etc., and the one advantage is that

it literally runs off of the flash drive so doesn't need any real 
installation or even copying off of the flash onto the computer itsself.

Sometimes if autorun is disabled on that computer or type of flash drive, 
you might need to try something like windows key + R to bring up run 
dialogue, and then typing in something like:
E:\nvda\nvda.exe

This would be assuming that the C: drive was the primary hard drive, D: was 
the CD/DVD rom drive, so the flash drive should show up as E: generally.
