Hi George, When I run the Windows defrag, I never hit the analyze button, I just go right to the defrag button, and let it do it's thing. There's really no sense in running the analysis, since it's going to run before the defrag anyway. Hi Rick: I can just say the MSdefrag said I didn't need to defrag, I ran this program and it found over 1200 files to defrag. HTH, George R.
