Hi, that is most likely a JAWS focus problem. that happens to me every once and a while.

If I'm in OE for instance, after leaving a web page, Jaws might tell me a few items in my inbox but won't let me open them. If I go to the desktop and press something to go to another application, Jaws will just say that letter, but not the name of the program. To fix all this, I have to reboot. Is this some quirk or a setting in IE, or just me?
