Don, this is actually more accessible in Windows 7. Just set your view
to details, then use the left and right arrow keys to review the
relevant details. I personally like this enhancement, as it reminds me
of an Excel spreadsheet, as, for example, if you right arrow to the
total size of a hard disk, then you down arrow, you are still on the
total size column. Good or what! Anyway, hope this helps.
