Dear Friends,
I too am very interested in this subject!

I want to throw all my audible cassettes away, after I store their content on my computer!

With Best Regards,

Subject: [Blind-Computing] converting audio cassettes to MP 3

Hello, I have several audio cassettes that I would like to convert to MP 3.

First, I am by no means "a computer whiz".

I have a cassette player with an earphone jack, and a cable that can be
hooked up between this and the microphone jack on my computer.

Is this all the hardware I need? And if so, what accessible software do I
need?

If some one can help, please contact me off list at

[email protected]

Thanks

Steve
