It is very likely that the drivers are already built-in to Windows. Go
ahead and try it.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Installing USB to Parallel port adapter questions
Hi
I just bought an older Braille embosser. I also bought the
USB to Parallel port adapter. So I can connect the embosser to my vista
home addition computer. When I plug the adapter in to the computer I hear
the connect sounds. However, the disk that came with the cable is
mystifying. Will I need to install the drivers of from this disk or do you
think the cable/ adapter will work any way.
Thank you.
God bless,
Mark
