[Blind-Computing] Maximizing a Document Window in Excel

I have an old spreadsheet that only fills about one fourth of the screen on my 
current display.  I know how to get to the System menu of the Excel window (Alt 
+ Space) so I can maximize Excel.  Is there a way to get to the System menu to 
maximize the Document window within the Excel window?
