I heard on the Victor Reader Stream mailing list that Obama is attempting to pass treaties that relax terms for sharing between international libraries for blind reading material!

Hi,
It's stupid, because in Czech Republic I don't know about this.
What it isn't in braille, txt file in some web libraries, it's not
accessible for us.
And of course in MP3 file too.
With best regards,

You will be getting a digital player in the mail which you can either
download or order books from the place that mails you your books on tape.

Some states don't have a lot of money so it takes a longer time to
distribute the players. The state gives the funds to the library and the
Federal government matches those funds.

The libraries give the players to those that are over 100 years old or are
veterans first.

You should call your library and tell them you want to be on the list for
the players.
