I think the filezilla program is great. When you open the program you will land in an edit field where you will first need to type in the address, for example, www.accesstechnologyinstitute.com, tab once more, you will be in the username field, type in the user name, tab once more you will be in the password field. After doing all of this just press enter after typing in the password or you could tab once and enter on the quick connect button. You can tab once, use your jaws cursor and read up and down by line to verify that you are connected. Once you have confirmed that just tab until you are in the list view to find the info that you'd like. The first listview after tabbing once you will be in your my documents folder but I think if you tab once more from there you should find the info you are looking for.
