Don't know about tutorials, but I generally just start it, type in the data in each field while tabbing over to the connect button, hit space bar on it, and then in the read only field, I just hit ctrl + end to read the last sort os status message therein.

After you tab out of there, you'll be in the controls related to local file and folder navigation and browsing, and you can use the context/right click menu to perform actions on the selected items, and if you tab over to the remote controls/fields, you could either just type the relative remote path in the first field and hit enter to activate it, or use the actual folder browsing list to find something and hit enter on it to go into a folder for example, or hit enter on the .. list item right at the top to go up one level, and you can also use the context menu to carry out actions on an item, and if you start an upload etc., and then tab over to the listbox after the remote file listing, that seems to be the processing queue where there will be various entries for activities like upload/download, etc.

In all the list boxes, home will take you up to the top, and end to the bottom, and the tree structures are generally navigated using arrow keys.

HTH, and stay well
