Okay, so it's in there somewhere. Don't worry about that usage tag. It's very arbitrary and is based on how many times you actually open the program. Now, if you can find it, you can then press your Applications key and locate the Send To menu. One of those options should be Desktop.

Also, it is in my control panel but says used "occasionally" and is 11.1 mb
How does this sound?  THe desktop is the only place I can't find it.
