Hi Kimsan, Although I do not know how to choose the default signature in Microsoft Outlook, I can tell you how to determine the e-mail client being used to send a message. Just focus on the message in question, and hit alt + enter for the properties, and then go to the details tab, and start reading, you will find it in short order. The only reason I asked which client you were using, was so that others could better answer your question.
