Hi Patricia; Everything in Word is fine. I know that Google Maps have changed their website to some degree because I now have to do different steps to get mileage checks, but I just don't know why things will be read by Jaws and are visually there on the screen and just not printing out. This is not just a 1 or 5 time effort. I have tried different settings in the verboscity menu and no matter what setting I use in the copy settings everything comes out the same. I guess I'm leaning too far to the right or left when I'm typing in the info or something! LOL We shall overcome. LOL Thanks for the response. Take care. Mike
