Just a couple of thoughts about fonts You could check the colour font attributes of the mileage section of the text. Do this especially you are using the High Contrast Colour scheme of white text on a dark background. The font colour should be automatic in these cases. So a document with white rather than automatic colour fonts will print out invisibly on white paper. I have experience this problem in the past and have simply resolved it by selecting all text, pressing control D in Word and changing the font colour to automatic.
At the same time make all the font style the same such as Arial 12 to make sure that this is not a font which has a strange property. Some odd fonts do not print out properly for some reason. Just a thought. Everything is printing except for the mileage even though the mileage is showing on the monitor and Jaws reads it out. I am printing using from the virtual cursor option in the berboscity menu. We are using an HP 6200 series all in one machine, XPSP3 Home, & Jaws 10 latest. Is there something that I'm not doing correctly? All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care.
