I am not sure if this query has been answered but I will offer the below
anyway.
Other people have sporadically reported problems with say all on some
systems with NVDA. I am not sure that this has ever been fully resolved.
On some systems the command works fine in all applications and some not for
some reasons.

But anyway my experience of NVDA is that the best program to use the say all
command is WordPad. I do not believe that anybody has reported a problem
with using the WordPad program and the NVDA say All command. I guess you
could be the first I have seen to do this but hopefully WordPad will provide
an answer for you. .
You can use WordPad to read text, rtf, and some .doc files.
Another more feature rich alternative is the free Jart word processor which
is based on the WordPad engine.
I prefer this if I am using NVDA as there are added features. For example
you can get the page number information . NVDA will actually announce the
page number as it moves through Jart reading a book for example.

Jart is available from the Jaws User Program list.

David Griffith

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Nvda say all not reading all

Hi all

I am not sure to which nvda list to post this question, so if no one can
help me here, please advise me on that.
Nvda doesn't read more than, I think, a page at a time when I use the say
all, insert down arrow. I have tried the insert a to, but the same result.
I use nvda 2010.1, windows xp and brows to read my book. It does the same
in note pad too.
Thanks for any help.
