Hi "sndvol32 will open up the volume ixer in Windows XP I think you
still have to tab twice to the "mute all" check box.

rick, the command I'm thinking of is put into the run dialog and it's 
something like this:

sndvol32.exe

I may have something a bit wrong because when I tried it I couldn't get
it 
to work.

Do you know what I'm talking about?
