If you are using vista and I believe 7 you will be brought right to the
volume up down.

systems, and you might also have a specific channel/audio output
muted, so this might not help, but anyway.

I don't know of a specific run command that will un-mute the computer,
but you might trying using a USB headset to get Jaws talking so that
you can
do it manually.
