Finding Where You Left Off In An Audio File In Windows Media Player
So you were listening to a book in Windows Media Player and needed to leave
before it finished. Now you want to return to the same place you left off.
Method One:
1. You must have the file started playing.
2. Tab to ":seek slider." When the file is playing you can arrow up/down
through the file in large or small bites. It moves pretty fast.
Method Two:

1. When the file is playing, press control plus shift plus the letter f.
Let go of the keys and the file will move forward by itself until pressing
the same key combination again. The file will return to playing at the
normal speed in the new location.
