Hi. Start with JAWS key F2. Go down and open configuration manager. If you want this change to be universal, then do Control Shift D. that will make it for the default. Do an Alt S. Then arrow down to Keyboard options and hit enter.
Then Control tab over to Key Labels. Tab down to a list view. In this list view you can choose what you want each selection to say, if anything at all. Some of them you can mute by tabbing down to a mute button while you are on a selection in the list view. Also, you can tab down again to change label, hit the space bar, then enter what you want it to say. You can delete everything in that spot if you don't want jaws to say anything for that selection as well. Don't forget to save changes, and that's all there is to it.
