Rick,
With all due respect, today's cell phones such as the ATC Ozone are
definitely Windows based and many carriers now require that you arrange for
a data service as well as a cell phone service. As such, may I suggest that
you might want to consider expanding your definitions to include these types
of phones since they are definitely computer related.
