So that meens that after the setup jaws will be there, and I will not have
to re install it or authorize it? Also what is the shortcut key to start the
narater in vista? I have never had to use it before.

JAWS will speak to the point the system reboots. Everything else is then 
automatic up to the point it's ready for you to set up. If Windows 7 saw 
your sound card you can use Narrator to complete this process.
