No no no. You may have to re-authorize if doing an in place upgrade. You will definitely have to re-authorize if doing a clean install. Narrator can be brought up with Windows+u. Tab one time, spress space, then press enter. Hope this helps.

JAWS will speak to the point the system reboots. Everything else is then
automatic up to the point it's ready for you to set up. If Windows 7 saw
your sound card you can use Narrator to complete this process.
