I have used this site a couple of times and it seems reasonably accessible.

There is an option there to print verbal directions.
I hope they haven't redesigned that site though. I haven't been there for a
few months.

Just click on the maps link on the Google home page. You can then
specify
starting and ending destinations, and Google will provide directions by
car,
public transportation and walking.
