Thank you Lois,
I'll just wait for the player and keep your email in case I need any further
help.

NLSDigitalPlayer
You will get a user manual on the player itself. If you just turn it on
without a thumb drive or cartridge in it you will hear what the different
keys do. If you have any more questions I can help you off list.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Where to get instructions for the NLS
DigitalPlayer
Hello everyone,
I was just informed that I am about to receive the Digital Player from
the NLS. I can't find any instructions at all on the NLS web site on how
the player operates. It tells me how to download a book, get it on to a
blank cartridge to put in the player, but nothing about how to operate the
player itself.
Over the months I've seen a few postings about the digital player on this
list and saved them because I knew I would eventually receive a player,
but I know there are a lot of features of the player that I'll want to get
used to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a tutorial or some
instructions on the player?
Thanks,
Ken
