Hi! I found how to do it: Start Outlook 2007. On the Tools menu, click Trust Center, and then click E-mail Security. Under Read as Plain Text, click to select the Read all standard mail in plain text check box. To include messages that are signed with a digital signature, click to select the Read all digitally signed mail in plain text check box.

Like you I can't find this option in Outlook 2007. I really hate HTML e-mail! So if someone know how to make Outlook 2007 convert all incoming e-mail to plain text please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated! -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Chris Feist Sent: 14. mai 2010 20:49 To: [email protected] Subject: [Blind-Computing] incoming email from HTML to plain text in Outlook 2007 Hi. I've searched everywhere In Outlook 2007, but I cannot find where I can change incoming email from HTML to plain text. Some of the emails I receive I cannot read with JAWS, many of them from news sites and so on which have pictures and the like, and I think it has something to do with the HTML setting. I do know that on a different computer, with Outlook 2003, I don't have this problem, and I know it converts my incoming email to plain text. But silly me, I forgot how I did that change. Thanks for any help.
