Open JAWS menu and go to Utilities.
Arrow the Utilities menu and get to Sound Card submenu.
Here you will see a list of your installed cards. However, by default, Jaws
will be outputting to Windows default card, so uncheck that by going to the
external card you want to use and press enter on it to check it.
The changes are immediate and you do not have to reload Jaws for this to
take effect.
