I downloaded one recently on a Windows XP, service Pack 3 here:
http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3/enu/AdbeRdr930_en_US.exe

The 'extra' adobe download manager seems to be making it impossible to
now download the newest, accessible version of adobe reader - which is
in itsself supposed to be accessible again - makes sense (not!), so was
just wondering if anyone had a direct/redistribution link for getting
hold of an accessible version?
