Mike, Do you have that link that Ishe provided to you? I never had 9.2 and unstalled 8.x and then tried installing 9.3 Can't remember exactly what the error message was now but basically it would not run. If you have it maybe I'll try installing again this weekend

When I went to install 9.3 a dialogue came up wanting me to choose remove or repair. I checked the box for repair and everything went smoothly. Hope this helps. Take care.
