  It sounds like you might have tried to install the video intercept more than 
once.

  I would try to uninstall the current screen reader and the video intercept 
and start over.

There might be an issue with having more than one screen reader on the system. 
In that case you might have to uninstall both screen readers. Then install jaws 
first. Then if you have to install the other screen reader.

But from the information that you have given, I think that by uninstalling the 
current version of jaws and reinstalling the video intercept you might have 
some success.

  I have a computer here with XP and Jaws 1o.512.  I have a message to install 
video intercept, but when I try to execute this I receive a chaining manager 
message.
