Arianna Please try to verify IF there are more than one entry of video driver in the device manager. To go there please select the my computer icon in the desktop and press alt+enter to open the system properties window. Then press control+tab ultil go to the hardware page. In this page there is a button called device manager. Please select this button and press spacebar. In the screen that will appears, tab to the devices tree view and choose display devices, then press the right arrow to open this category. If there are more than one instances of your video card, than please delete the second entry of the list by pressing the applications key to open the context menu , than down arrow util delete option. I hope that it can fix it. I had same problems sometimes and it fixed the issue. Sorry my bad English and good luck! Kind regards
