Hi David;

I did all that and when I chose to run/install the program I would get the 
screen that Jaws wouldn't read.  I tried saving the downloads and when I 
tried to install them from my C drive the same thing happened, getting the 
screen that Jaws wouldn't read.  I had my wife look at the monitor today and 
sure enough there are buttons that Jaws wouldn't read so, she clicked on 
them and the downloads went fine.  To my knowledge all my settings in IE8 
are okay and nothing was stopping the program from being installed except 
for the fact that I couldn't click on the correct buttons because Jaws 
wouldn't read them.  This same set of circumstances happened at the other 
house, needing someone sighted to install the Flashplayer.  Thank you very 
much for your response.  Oh, by the way, were you able to install the 
Flashplayer?  If so, would you suggest some settings that I should look at 
and where I should look?  Thanks again, take care.

1. once the page loaded,
I did a search for, flash player, using ctrl+f=search.

2, I entered on, visited link FlashPlayer.

3. your now taken to the next page, if you scrole down the page, or again
search for flash player,
you will see the following;

Windows, Internet Explorer
Different operating system or browser?
