Good Morning,

I have some known issues with one of my current list I'm on now with multi messages and bouncing.

Sometimes it's the list's issue particularly if it's "Yahoo groups" and while the one I'm on currently is not a Yahoo group, I am told that it's because my ISP has limited port usage for this list. The strangest thing is, I still receive the emails and can post, but once a month, I get a email stating I am subject for removal due to the excessive bouncing. I have brought this matter to the list owner and for some odd reason, they don't know why it keeps occurring either.

I also know when you sign up for lists, sometimes there's options to set your preferences to receive duplicated messages as well as an email notice of your list's most recent changes..i.e. new members.

Then again it could be something windows related, who knows for sure.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] MULTIPLE COPIES OF E-MAIL MESSAGES

Good morning everyone,
I have a problem which is silly when it isn't annoying. On some of the
e-mail lists I belong to, I'm getting multiple copies of every message I
receive. At first, it was two copies and that was annoying enough. But now
I'm getting 3 copies of every single message. Thank God it isn't on this
list or on my Windows 7 list. That would be a real problem.
Can anyone tell me if there's a solution to this?
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, Outlook 2003 and Jaws 11, the latest
build.
Is there a setting somewhere that can automatically remove duplicate
messages?
