No. Why is that? I just plan to get System Access only one month then perhaps add the Remote Access option for another.

well, now that you're going to do the build a bundle service, will you also be
getting access to the system access mobile network?

Many thanks for all the help. It's all sorted now. They were able to retrieve
my details, and I can still log in even though I haven't used it for months. So
far I am really liking both the product and their technical support. I have a
question though, and I will post that in another thread.

well since it takes very little time to create an account, and since you
may have deleted the e-mail address they had on file, why not just
create a new one and don't worry about the other.

Ok, I wish to bring this back on topic. I am considering using System
Access to Go quite frequently now I have an active and reliable
internet connection. I do have an account on there, but have forgotten
the pin. So I went onto the log in page at www.serotek.com, and
followed the instructions to retrieve my details. The problem is, I
have not received anything from Serotek support with my details. I
have tried this twice, on two separate occasions, and I just haven't
heard from them. One possibility is that the e-mail address they have
I may have deleted, so it's probably bouncing back to them. Should I
therefore create a new System Access to Go account?
Many thanks, and it may go as far as getting System Access Standalone
through Build a Bundle.
