hello all. I am running windows vista and jaws 11. For some reason at
times my computer says I am on the desktop and I can't select anything.
I also can't open the start menu with the windows key. I have to use the
jaws cursor and left click on a spot on the desktop and then tab and
shift tab to the start button and then have to hit space bar and type in
the search field what I want to look for such as computer. The only way
I can get a fully functioning laptop is to restart. Does anyone know
what might be causing this? Thanks for any help, Matt
