Hi Lori,
Before using the caps lock + P to activate jaws cursor, you need first
to take the following steps so that your installed jaws allow you to do
so on your laptop:
1. press insert + j followed by enter to open the options submenu.
2. You will land on Basic opetions which is the first item in the option
subMenu, press enter again on it. A dialog will open. Keep pressing tab
til you hear keyboard layout. It is a combo Box that you can navigate
with your arrow keys. press down arrow til you hear jaws reads laptop.
Precede to ok with your tab key then hit enter.
Now you are done, you should be able to use caps lock as your insert
key. If you keep it held and press P, that will activate your jaws Cursor.
