Hi Guys:
I need some help with this, for the last two or three weeks I have not been
able to upgrade and I am prompted several times a day to upgrade. I have
tried turning off the fire wall, closing all programs with "end it all" but
nothing works. I should have mentioned I am using XP SP3, 1gb memory,
latest JAWS 11 I am sending the message I get from Microsoft:
