Jennifer, have you tried a system restore to the day before all this
happened? That might solve the problem. Jim

Hi Listers
I'm running Windows XP Home service pack 3, and JAWS 11 with the latest
upgrade.
I was playing a game in the cd drive and the computer froze. Outlook was
still open at the time. I couldn't reset and had to hold the on/offonoff
button in until shutdown. Now I cannot open Outlook. The message I get
is that Windows cannot open outlook. I've run Microsoft Diagnostic with
no problems found and still cannot open Outlook. Can someone help?
