Well, if you have your product key handy, I would uninstall it, and
reinstall it again, and maybe with a fresh start, it might work as it
should. Jim

Hi Jim
I tried the system restore as you suggested, with no luck I'm afraid. It
still tells me that it cannot open the Outlook Window.
Can I try anything else?

Jennifer, have you tried a system restore to the day before all this
happened? That might solve the problem. Jim

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Problem With Outlook 2007
Hi Listers
I'm running Windows XP Home service pack 3, and JAWS 11 with the latest
upgrade.
I was playing a game in the cd drive and the computer froze. Outlook was
still open at the time. I couldn't reset and had to hold the on/offonoff
button in until shutdown. Now I cannot open Outlook. The message I get
is that Windows cannot open outlook. I've run Microsoft Diagnostic with
no problems found and still cannot open Outlook. Can someone help?
