Deb,
I have to be missing something. I tried your instructions and I can't seem
to access the second account at all.
The command for accessing the Tools menu is Alt T,
then I went to the letter A and followed the steps to add a new account.
No problem there.
but I can't seeme to be able to locate that second e-mail account or switch
from one to the other.
Am I dumb or what? I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I want the second account to be completely unique from my primary account.
I want it to have separate folder listings and so on. I tried accessing
that account but based on the folder list, I'm still in the original.
It looks as though all Outlook did was to duplicate the accounts.
Sorry Deb, but I'm just not getting this. I appreciate your help but I need
more.

Insert t for tools menue. Hit the letter A for Create e-mail account and
follow the prompts. After you have entered all your information and are
creating an e-mail, hit Alt N to choose from which account you want to
send
the e-mail. Hope this helps.

I'm using Outlook 2003, Windows 7 Professional and Jaws for Windows,
latest
build.
Here is my problem.
I have 3 completely different e-mail accounts. All of them are on Verizon
but each has its own distinct e-mail identity and password.
With that in mind, I am requesting step by step instructions for creating
separate e-mail identities using Outlook 2003.
Once that is done, I'd like to know how to move from one identity to the
other.
I'd sincerely appreciate assistance from someone using this program. If
one
of the list members is using Outlook 2007, that will probably not make any
difference since they are very similar.
