Hi Yvonne;

Do the following;
1. Press control, shift, + O to go to options.
2. Control + tab to the Read page.
3. Tab down to " Read all messages in plain text " and make sure this 
checkbox is unchecked.  If it is checked, press your spacebar to uncheck it.
4. If you had to make any changes, tab to apply , press spacebar, and then 
tab to okay and press the spacebar or enter.
