[Blind-Computing] extra voices for kurwzeil1000

Hello, I received the extra voices of Paul and Kate but, I don't know how to 
put them on my computer.  I got them as a: neospeech julie.zip, where do I 
zip them too?  The Kate and Paul are Kate and Paul.rar.  I did not get them 
on the cd, a friend sent them to me!  Thank you Heather
