Not exactly. The Run dialog box provides a single line command line interface to launch programs and open files. By typing "Favorites" into the Run dialog, it will open the Windows Explorer program and goes directly to your Internet Explorer Favorites folder. This a great special command that works like a shortcut to this folder on your hard disk. This was not part of my original explanation, but gets you directly to where you want to go! Each submenu in your Favorites menu shows up here as a folder and each favorite is a small file.

Don, are you saying that the run dialogue is windows explorer. If I assume
