The real keeper here was from the person who revealed one of the special
folders available from the Run dialog. I was just attempting to explain it.

There is just so much stuff in the world that, to me, is devoid of any real
substance, value, and content that I just try to make sure that I am working
on things that matter.

: Not exactly. The Run dialog box provides a single line command line
: interface to launch programs and open files. By typing "Favorites" into
the
: Run dialog, it will open the Windows Explorer program and goes directly
to
: your Internet Explorer Favorites folder. This a great special command
that
: works like a shortcut to this folder on your hard disk. This was not
part
: of my original explanation, but gets you directly to where you want to
go!
: Each submenu in your Favorites menu shows up here as a folder and each
: favorite is a small file.
