Hi, my wife received this file from a woman she in ain an organization with. It is a list of names and numbers and so on for people she needs to contact, but the extention is something like docx that's d o c x. My computer don't knowwhat to do with it and is suggesting she go to control panel and assign a program to handle the job.
What say you on this?
